How do I exchange something?

To initiate a return please send us an email with order number as well as reason for return and we will return your email within 72 business hours unless stated otherwise in an auto-reply email. Returns must be postmarked to Aubrey Market within 10 business days of delivery. Return shipping will be deducted from the store credit issused. Items must have original tags, no pet hair, stains, make up marks, pet, food, smoke or perfume smells. Shoes must have no wear on the bottom or the inside sole. You may ship the item to the address on your package as well, you do not need to wait for an email back from us to ship it.  (See below if your return is not accepted.)

Once your item has been recieved and accepted you will receive a discount code to shop on the website in the amount of the original item minus shipping. Your code will be good for 90 days. (Please set a reminder to shop prior to the code expiration so you don't forget your goodies!) When we recieve the items, please allow 10 business days for us to reinventory the item. You'll receive an email with a check out code worth the exchange amount minus the cost of shipping. Replacement shipping rates are $3.00 per item. If your original purchase was $20, your store credit would be the $20 cost minus the re-shipping fee of $3.00, total amount of $17. You'll enter the code in the discount code field at check out.

Is return shipping free? 

Return shipping is not free but we are happy to send you an invoice for shipping so you can take advantage of our low rates and avoid the post office! We can send the return label right to your email once the invoice is paid and you can stick the return item right in your mailbox. Easy peasy, lemon squeezey.

Can I exchange my monthly subscription box?

You can!

Monthly subscribers on auto-draft can exchange entire boxes or individual pieces, just ship it back to Aubrey Market and we will replace the same number of item in next months box! If you would like a store credit instead, each item is worth a credit of the price of what you pay per month divided by five. If the box cost was $50 with 5 items, each pieces credit would be worth $10. Each box has different prices and coupon codes so credits will vary by customer. Credits may be applied toward new website purchases at Aubrey Market, not future subscription boxes. Items must be post marked returned within 10 days of original delivery. Credits expire 90 days from issue. Please send us an email with the tracking number so we can look for it. Reshipping is free if the replacement items can be shipped with future boxes. If you would like your items sooner, send us an email and we can send a shipping invoice to you via email. Replacement shipping rates are $3.00 per item.

 

Can I exchange my one-time subscription box?

You can! If you purchased a one time box you may return any item for a credit. Each item will be a store credit in the amount of the box divided by the number of items in the box. If your box was $50 with 5 items in your box, each item will be worth a store credit of $10 minus the cost to reship. Credits can be applied toward new website purchases at Aubrey Market, not future subscription boxes. Items must be post marked returned within 10 days of original delivery. Credits expire 90 days from issue. Please send us an email with the tracking number and reason for return. When we recieve the items, please allow 7 business days for us to reinventory the item. You'll receive an email with a check out code worth the exchange amount minus the cost of shipping. Replacement shipping rates are $3.00 per item. If you return one item from a box that cost $50, your credit for the one item would be $10 minus $3, total store credit of $7.

 

Refunds

In order to keep our prices low and offer the best inventory and service we cannot not offer refunds at this time. We are happy to accept returns/offer exchanges within 10 calendar days of delivery. 

What of my item is not accepted to return for store credit? 

If an item is returned but cannot be accepted due to wear (pet hair, specific smells, make up, wear on soles of shoes, tags ripped or removed, etc) you will receive an email letting you know your item cannot be returned for store credit. We will have options for you to donate or pay to ship the items back to you.  Please note if you don't reply or answer within a 10 (calendar) day period we will donate the items to charity.
